Philz Coffee

It all started with a dream to create a really great cup of coffee personalized for you...

Philz Coffee is a California-based coffee company that attracts people who are passionate - about life, about others, about the communities they live and work in...and about coffee!

Our core values:

Obsess Over Customers and Team

When designing a product or experience, we always do so with a customer and team member-focused mindset.

In Pursuit of Better

We are driven to better ourselves, our team, our work, our products, and customer experience.

Be Kind and Keep It Real

We keep it real when we are our authentic selves, honest, and clear -- even when it is difficult to do so. It's good to be kind and kind to be real.

We make sure that every Philz is a fun, creative and vibrant workplace. A spot where you can be yourself, dress the way you want, and have flexibility in your schedule to live your best life. Most importantly, you’ll be part of an environment dedicated to bettering people’s days and building community.
