At Phi₀ Quantum Technologies, we build the cryogenic electronics and software stack that lets quantum computers scale beyond the wiring and thermal bottleneck.

Founded in 2022 by Prof. Dr. Ali Bozbey and his research group, Phi₀ traces its roots to 25 years of academic research in superconducting circuits, single flux quantum (SFQ) electronics, and cryogenic systems engineering at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. The same team built QuanT, Türkiye's first domestic quantum computer, in 2024.

Today, Phi₀ serves the global quantum ecosystem with three products:

▸ 𝗩𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀® – Turnkey on-premise quantum computer deployment with open architecture and ongoing support.

Across design, discovery, and deployment, our mission is to close the gap between quantum advances and the real-world problems waiting to be solved.

Phi₀ is headquartered at ODTÜ Teknokent (METU Technopark), Ankara, Türkiye, with active collaborations across Europe, the UK, and the United States.
