Overview
18. yüzyılda Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun Manastır şehrinde ustaların ellerinden öğrendik. 1955 yılında Türkiye'ye göç ettik. Süt kokusunu buraya taşıdık. 1980'de Türkiye'yi taze kaşar peyniri ile tanıştırdık. Avrupa seyahatleri sırasında yenilendik. Polyester yerine krom süt nakil tanklarını imal ettirdik. 1990'da mozzarella üretimine başladık. 2006 yılında Türkiye'yi ilk porsiyon kaşar peyniri ile tanıştırdık. Geçmiş ile yenilendik, peynir ile anılmak süt ile yaşamak istedik.
