Expanding beyond online

Since opening our first physical store in Takapuna in 2024, we’ve continued to grow our retail footprint. Petdirect stores are now open in Takapuna, Mt Roskill and Mt Wellington in Auckland, Tower Junction in Christchurch, and Queenstown.

Our stores give pet parents a place to explore our wide range of pet food, treats, toys and everyday essentials, connect with our knowledgeable PetSters and discover in-store features including DIY dog washes, treat bars, frozen pet food and more.
