Peartree Cleaning Services

Peartree Cleaning Services is a third-generation, independently owned family business delivering premium commercial cleaning to workplaces across London and the UK.

Founded in 1986, we have grown organically to a team of more than 1,500 people, supporting some of the UK’s best-known organisations. We continue to reinvest in our people, systems and technology, building the scale and capability of a national provider while retaining the care, continuity and accountability of an independent business.

Our independence allows us to be selective about the contracts we take on. We work where we are confident we can deliver the standards our clients expect, ensuring every partnership receives the attention it deserves.

Our directors remain personally involved from mobilisation onwards, giving clients direct access to experienced decision-makers who can act. This creates clear accountability, stable relationships and consistent service without layers of corporate management.

We continually review and improve how our services are delivered. Our proprietary Peartree 360 platform provides real-time visibility of service delivery, while our sustainability programme is supported by a near-fully-electric fleet, carbon auditing and SBTi-validated targets.

For 40 years, our approach has remained straightforward: choose the right partnerships, look after our people and deliver what we promise.

Independently owned. Personally accountable.
