1993 yılında Gümüştaş ailesi tarafından kurulan Gümüştaş Gıda San. Tic. Ltd. şirketi İtalyan tarzı erişte ve mantıların
üretimini ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005 belgeli tesisinde gerçekleştiren Türkiye'nin ilk firmalarındandır.
Pasta d'Alfredo markasıyla piyasaya sunulan ürünlerdeki en büyük özellik taze yumurta ile yoğurulmasıdır.
Ürünlerimizin hiçbirinde katkı maddesi, gıda boyası ve kimyasal madde yoktur. Ürünlerimiz tamamen naturel gıdalardan üretilmektedir ve WHO (Dünya Sağlık Örgütü) gıda tüzüğüne uygundur.
