Parish Tractor

At Parish Tractor, our vision is to build a business that honors the Lord, helps our people prosper, provides outstanding service, and ensures our communities thrive. Founded in 2012, we have rapidly grown to become a leader in the industry, known for our devotion to community, commitment, change, and character. Our mission is to be the equipment dealership of choice within our communities and surrounding areas.

We uphold our values through character, commitment, community, and change. We create long-term relationships built on trust by using our values to make decisions that ensure all-win results. We do what we say we are going to do, in a timely and professional manner, and listen and respond with empathy to prevent misunderstandings. We use words to build others up, not tear them down.

Our commitment is to provide profitable results for all by making responsible decisions to ensure financial stability, ensuring expectations are communicated and understood, prioritizing safety in everything we do, and passionately pursuing our purpose. We strive to make a positive difference with others by modeling a servant mindset, working together to achieve common goals, and elevating our team, customers, neighbors, and vendors we serve.
