Paradise Birmingham

Paradise is one of the UK’s most important city centre developments and a bustling new destination for the city.

A £1.2 billion development transforming the centre of Birmingham, attracting new businesses, jobs and visitors to the city, Paradise offers a 24/7 environment and new pedestrian routes and spaces.

The estate also features The Octagon, providing 370 new homes in the tallest pure octagonal high rise residential building in the world.

Seamlessly combining new public squares, office space, cafés, bars, restaurants and a hotel alongside Birmingham’s most celebrated listed buildings, Paradise is already a work home for more than 6,000 people in over 50 businesses and is set to become home to many more.

The estate also hosts more than 11 million visitors a year.

The refurbished public realm creates new links north-south as well as east-west, with pedestrian routes through to the Jewellery Quarter, Westside and the Colmore Business District.

Paradise is operated by Federated Hermes Real Estate and developed by MEPC Ltd, the specialist real estate development platform within Federated Hermes.
