Changing the hiring process...

Our vision will revolutionize the talent acquisition process for office, technical, skilled trade, and labor personnel. You are not using 500 year old technologies to manage, design, engineer, and/or manufacture a product? Why should your talent acquisition, or job search use 500 year old technology for one you most critical decisions? We provide both client and talent with ALL information necessary to make a crucial decision from day one.

How do we differ?

We developed this idea with both the Employer, and the Talent in mind. Why suffer through employment ads, hiring agencies, educating agencies, re-viewing 100’s of resumes, calling agencies/candidates, emails, phone calls, scheduling multiple interviews, and the time wasting process to get properly skilled talent hired. Many times costing the Employer more than the first year salaries and overhead costs. Or costing Talent the loss of 2 or more weeks income? We developed a process that will allow only qualified talent, matched with the right companies from the start, not 2 to 40 weeks later!

...you don’t hire your barista to design fighter jets, do you?

We blend HR, typical hiring practices, and instant communications, but what really counts are the unique algorithms that match the correct talent, to the correct employer. It is not based on ‘keywords’, but skill-sets, and client needs. These algorithm are designed from field experienced personnel only. This cannot be mimicked by those without many years of education, hands on field training and experience.
