Yenerer Kaynak San. ve Tic. A.Ş. started its operations in 1994 in İzmir as a repair and maintenance workshop, accompanied by the distribution of high-alloy welding consumables.

In 1996, the Panzercrom® brand was established and, since that date, the company has increasingly concentrated its activities on wear-resistant products engineered and manufactured in-house.

Today, Panzercrom® operates as an integrated provider of wear products and services. This integrated structure encompasses, under a single organizational roof:

• A broad manufacturing portfolio of flux-cored hardfacing wires,

• A dedicated wear plate production facility utilizing these wires,

• A range of hardfacing and refurbishment operations carried out with these consumables,

• A fabrication facility producing machines and machine components from wear plates and other specialised materials.

Our company employs more than 100 personnel and exports its products and systems to over 50 countries. With its installed capacity in wear plate and flux-cored hardfacing wire production, Panzercrom® is regarded as one of the significant producers in Europe within its field.

Research and development activities are conducted by an independent R&D company structured as a separate legal entity. This framework enables the systematic development of new products, the continuous enhancement of existing product families, and the transformation of every wire and plate designed in the laboratory into commercially validated products, proven under real operating conditions through comprehensive field testing.

With these integrated capabilities, Panzercrom® addresses the wear challenges of heavy-duty equipment through its own consumables, wear plates and engineered components, thereby providing an end-to-end, fully managed approach to wear protection.
