Özyurtlar İnşaat ve Yapı Malzemeleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş.
Kent yaşamında katma değerli hizmetler sunmak amacıyla geliştirdiği projelerini, kullandığı son teknoloji malzemeleri ile harmanlayan Özyurtlar Şirketler Grubu’nun temeli 1990 yılında atıldı. Genç ve profesyonel kadrosu ile geliştirdiği konsept projeleri kapsamında 1.000.000 m2 alana 10.000 konut inşa ederek 39.000 kişiyi ev sahibi yaptı.
2005 yılında Boğazköy’de hayata geçirilen Genç Girişimciler Sitesi, 2006 yılında Tasarımcılar Sitesi, 2007 yılında Tasarımcılar İş Merkezi, 2008 yılında üç etaptan oluşan Garden City Projesi, 2009 yılında ise Ntepe grubun inşaat sektöründeki yerini sağlamlaştıran ve temel taşlarını oluşturan projeleridir.
2010 yılında Ntowers, Aralık ayında Nmerkez, 2011 yılında Özyurtlar Resicence, 2012 yılında Nşehir Esenyurt’un proje inşaatlarına başlayan Özyurtlar, 2013 yılı itibariyle N5suites, Ncity Esenyurt, Ncadde, 1Coastal City ve 2014 yılında Nlogo İstanbul Projesi ve fark yaratan yeni projeler ile serüvenine devam etti.
2015 yılının ilk aylarında ise; 4 büyük projesi Ncity, Nmerkez, Ntown ve Nşehir projelerinin anahtar teslimine başladı.
