“Ozturk Group” carries the main shareholder’s name. “Ozturk Family” initiated their first industrial enterprise by the late 1974s through a Flour mill investment.

In 1996 “Ozturk Family” took another major investment step and opened up a new production facility for “Compound Animal Feed” That facility had 40.000 mt2 open, 7.500 mt2 closed and 180,000 tons/year production capacity for Animal Feed. Within 10 year’s “Ozturk Yem” (Feed) became one of the “top 10” biggest producers of ruminant feeds.

In 2005 “OzturkYem” Management Board made the decision to become part of the Crude Vegetable Oil production in Turkey. Given that decision, “OzturkYem” completed the necessary investments for 100.000 mt/yearly crushing capacity vegetable oil production under “OzturkYag” (Oil) brand name.

In 2011, Turkey’s first and only TMR (Total Mixed Ration) company “Rasyonel Tarım” was established by the Group. “Rasyonel Tarım” has 50,000 tons/year storage capacity for corn silage and 100,000 tons/year production capacity for TMR. This facility is the pilot project for Ozturk Group when the project is improved, we are planning to open 10 different TMR Feed Centers all over Turkey.

Besides Turkey, “OzturkYem” has significant involvements in Ukraine and Bulgaria for originating grains and sub-products through her business partners. In addition, Group is also engaged with a network of major Bulgarian, Ukrainian and Black Sea Countries suppliers, and does business with them on regular basis. Those operations consist of well-structured trading, execution, and chartering activities.

In 2016, Avrasya Farm was established by the Group. The capacity of Avrasya Farm is 2.000 beef cattle and still continues to expand its capacity. Avrasya Farm is carrying out the feedlot operation.
