Öz Gaziantep Pide ve Lahmacun Salonu lezzet yolculuğuna 1980 yılında Yaşar Söylemez tarafından geleneksel tatlar sunan bir küçük dükkanında başladı.
HER YIL BÜYÜYEN HER YIL GELİŞEN BİR MARKA. Özgaziantep Pide ve Lahmacun özel bir lezzet anlayışından doğdu. 1980 yılında Gaziantep’de başlayan bu lezzet arayışı, 1980 yılından bugüne kadar geçen süre ve kazanılan deneyimiyle Türk hazır yiyecek sektöründe dev bir markaya dönüşmektedir. Kuruluşunun ilk yıllında klasik lahmacun restoranı şeklinde hizmet sunan Özgaziantep Pide Lahmacun.
Aynı yılda Kebap ürünleri ile hizmete başladı pide, lahmacun ve Kebap ürünlerinde 2000 yılında hızlı servise geçti. Hızlı Servisimiz Buca ve Şirinyer ilçelerinin birleştiği noktada, Yıldız mahallesi Atatürk Mahallesi Buca Koop,Tınaz tepe,Buca Kadın Doğum hastenesi ve çevresine servis yapmaya başlamıştır.
