Özdoğan Group

The foundation of ÖZDOĞAN GROUP was laid by Mr. Rıza Özdoğan in 1966 when he was awarded the “Fethiye-Ören Irrigation

and Tunnel Construction” by the 2nd Regional Directorate of State Hydraulic Works. As a result of the success stories in the sector,

institutionalization was needed. Özdoğan Brothers established Özdoğan İnşaat San ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. in 1981 to consolidate their

experience and background under one company.

A sister company, “Özkar İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş.” was established in 1987 to cope with the increasing volume of work and to serve

the needs of the sector that developed over time.

These two companies have always acted as leaders in Turkish Construction Industry since their establishment by actively participating

in all types of construction in domestic and international markets, such as roads and highways, dams, railway, hotels, large-scale

earthworks, tunnels, irrigation, and all kinds of infrastructure construction with their continuously self-improving, researching,

knowledgable and dynamic personnel, experienced management and site teams, and by using the latest technological developments.

Özdoğan Group, which has realized more than 500 million m3 of earthworks, has become the largest company in Türkiye in this

field. Özkar İnşaat, the first company in Türkiye to use Roller Compacted Concrete technology in dam construction, was awarded

the contract for the “Çine Dam”, which is the highest RCC dam in Europe and the 5th highest in the world.
