OSTİM Kauçuk Teknolojileri Kümelenmesi, değer zincirindeki vakıf, dernek, devlet kurumları ve şirketleri bir araya getirmektedir. 2013 yılında kurulan OSTİM Kauçuk Teknolojileri Kümelenmesi, üniversiteleri, sivil toplum kuruluşlarını ve devlet kurumlarını bir araya getirerek yerli ve milli üretim için özveriyle çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.
2013 yılında yola çıkarken OSTİM ve Ankara KOBİ'leri ilk üyeler iken, Sakarya, İstanbul ve Bursa’dan gelen üyeleri ile küme daha sağlam bir yapıya kavuşmuştur. Kuruluşu OSTİM Organize Sanayi Bölgesi tarafından desteklenen OSTİM Kauçuk Teknolojileri Kümelenmesi, Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından desteklenen eğitimler, ortak satın alma, Ar-Ge ve Uluslararası Rekabetçilik faaliyetleri düzenlemektedir. Üyelerinin uluslararası pazarda söz sahibi olmasını amaçlar.
