OSES; üretimine ilk olarak 1993 yılında, kurucu Osman YAŞAR'ın seyyar arabada çiğ köfte satmasıyla başladı. Çiğ köfte, o günün şartlarında el ile yoğuruluyordu ve ulaşılan insan sayısı sınırlıydı. Bu lezzeti daha fazla insana ulaştırmak isteyen Osman YAŞAR, Türkiye'de bir ilki gerçekleştirerek çiğ köfte makinesini kullanmaya başladı. Makine kullanılmaya başladığı günden itibaren üretim kapasitesi de artmış oldu ve böylelikle çok geniş kitlelere ulaşıldı. Türkiye'nin her noktasında hizmet veren OSES, yurtdışında da adını duyurarak milyonlarca insana ulaşmış oldu.
