One Health Tech

One Health Tech is a global, volunteer-led community of communities for people working in and around health innovation.

We believe meaningful change rarely starts in boardrooms alone. It starts in WhatsApp groups, kitchen-table conversations, local meetups, shared frustrations, generous introductions and chance encounters between people who would not normally meet. OHT creates the conditions for those encounters to happen on purpose.

We are powered by Community Building Fellows who grow inclusive, purpose-led communities around places, topics, practices, identities, career stages and shared questions. These communities bring together people with different kinds of knowledge - professional, personal, local, technical, creative and lived - including voices health innovation too often misses or invites in too late.

The 3 Ps help us focus the work:

People: backing voices too often unheard.

Products: pushing for tools that work fairly in real life.

Practice: showing what good looks like through ethics, co-design, collaboration and better ways of working.

Through our communities, events, partnerships, stories and practical tools, we help more people find their people, feel less alone, grow confidence and turn community energy into influence.

OHT is a third space: open, kind, volunteer-powered and serious about change. We are here to help more people belong, contribute and lead - and to show that health innovation becomes stronger, more human and more grounded when more perspectives get to shape it.

We hope to be always warm, mostly useful, yet sometimes a little chaotic
