Led by Dr. Carly Pointon, Director of Clinical Services, our team brings together decades of expertise across psychology, psychotherapy, speech & language therapy, and occupational therapy. Carly’s leadership is built on over 25 years of experience spanning clinical and forensic psychology, residential care, schools, and charities. Her approach combines evidence based practice with genuine compassion, ensuring that every service we deliver is thoughtful, innovative, and values driven.

Whether it’s providing therapeutic input in schools, supporting young people in residential homes, or equipping staff with the skills to better understand emotional health, we are committed to creating safe, nurturing environments where individuals can grow and feel supported.
