Okyanus Kolejleri kurucusu Orhan ÖZBEY, 1979 yılında eğitim sektörüne giriş yaptı. 2004 yılında Okyanus Kolejini kurarak "Eğitim ve Yaşam Merkezi" konsepti ile özel okulculuğa yeni bir boyut kazandırdı.
