Okland is a fourth-generation, family- and employee-owned builder with more than 1,500 team members across Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. Founded in Salt Lake City in 1918, we’ve spent more than a century building lasting relationships, developing great builders, and taking on work that matters. Today, Okland ranks #59 nationally on ENR’s Top 400 Contractors and #5 across the Mountain States and Southwest.

In 2026, we expanded our legacy of ownership by introducing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Today, the fourth generation of the Okland family works alongside employee owners who have the opportunity to build a meaningful stake in the company and share in the success they help create.
