After working in prominent law firms for several years, in 2017, our founding partners decided to start OKER Legal in order to better serve our clients. Our founding partners have more than 20 years of combined experience and we employ lawyers with impeccable educational and professional backgrounds and strong interpersonal skills in order to tackle the challenging and ever-changing problems of our current and future clients.

OKER Legal is a full-service law firm and our clients include both domestic prominent companies and international conglomerates in various sectors.

While we are a Turkish law firm, we have an expansive network and good relationships with several law firms outside of Turkey. To facilitate and expedite the resolution of our clients’ problems and legal needs, we put our clients in touch with various law firms outside of Turkey as well and follow their process to ensure efficient and high-quality legal service.

A representative list of our experience is as follows:

- Representing a Chinese conglomerate in connection with their issuance of additional bonds in the Shanghai stock exchange for USD 150,000,000.

- Advising clients with regards to family law-related issues and representing them in disputes related thereto.

- Advising several expats with regards to their immigration issues.

- Representing both employers and employees in employment law-related disputes and advising employers with regards to their internal policies to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Advising and representing writers, designers and other artists with regards to the breaches of their intellectual property rights.
