Ohana Towels

Ohana Towels sells products to businesses to help them elevate their guest experience - a way for them to better connect with their visitors and make them feel like FAMILY. We work with companies that believe visitors to their (house of business) are guests, not customers, and, rather than settling on providing customer service, they deliver HOSPITALITY.

To that end, we offer high-quality refreshing oshibori towels and warmers to businesses across multiple service industries. We want to help companies replace the traditional standard interactions (greetings, handshakes, exchange of business cards, a refreshment, etc.) with a more meaningful and unforgettable event at first meetings AND every moment of truth on the journey they share with their guests. The impact will be a significantly more open, honest, and trusting relationship, transcending into a subsequently deeper and more long-term emotional bond between the two.
