·Consultancy : OGC is one of the most experienced institutions in business consulting with a focus on corporate restructuring and turnaround management in the region of Kayseri and Central Anatolia. OGC served the business entities, families and communities with more than 12 projects on management development, corporate restructuring and corporate turnaround in 3 years.

Short History and background of the OGC ; OGC’s owner and leadership Ozkan Bahar was graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1994. After then, he worked as a banker for 17 years in 7 different banks. He always worked as a commercial and corporate banker. His last 6 years was as a Commercial Branch Manager . In banking career, he has taken a lot of personel development trainings. One of them was ‘In House Coaching’ for the managers. After finishing the banking career he has taken 2 Levels of ‘Professional Coaching Training’ and 2 levels of professional ‘NLP Training’ from the ID Coaching International.
