ODTÜ Mülakat Günleri, iş hayatının kapısı olarak nitelendirebilecek “mülakat sisteminin” bir
simülasyonunu gerçekleştirerek; staj ve iş alımlarında yapılan mülakatların içeriğinin
anlaşılmasına; yapılan hataların, vurgulanması gereken noktaların, insan kaynakları
uzmanları tarafından verilecek birebir geri bildirimler ile fark edilmesine olanak
sağlayan, gerçekleştiği süre boyunca farklı sektör devleri ile ODTÜ öğrencilerini bir
araya getiren bir kariyer yapılandırma projesidir.
