Oculon Systems

The problem was obvious. The solution wasn't.

Oculon Systems builds Iris, an intake agent that answers your prospective clients the moment they reach out and briefs your attorneys by morning. A small team, based in Wyoming, serving firms across the United States.

Why we exist.

Law firms rarely lose clients to bad lawyering. They lose them in the hours nobody sees: the Friday-night injury, the 2am arrest, the question that surfaces after bedtime. Every one of those people goes looking for a lawyer the same night. Most of the firms they find are closed.

The gap was never talent. It was availability. The industry learned to live with it, treating the evening inquiry as an edge case when it's most of the inquiries.

Oculon started with that observation and one conviction: the gap can be closed without lowering the standard of the conversation. Voicemail, forms, and hold queues were never the only options.

Oculon, in plain terms.

No holding company, no product suite, no roadmap slide. One product, built carefully, by a team you can reach.

What we make

Iris, an intake agent that talks with your prospective clients and briefs your attorneys.

Where it runs

On your website, in English and Spanish, at any hour of any night.

Who we are

Two founders and a small team of engineers. Based in Wyoming, remote by default.

Who we serve

Law firms from solo practices to multi-office firms, across the United States.

How we work

The people who build Iris are the people who answer your email.

The first conversation sets everything that follows.

It deserves the same care a firm would give a client across the desk. Everything we build starts there, and stays answerable to it.
