NZPS Property Management

We are Dunedin’s quality rental property specialist.

We focus on quality over quantity, specialise in professionals relocating to Dunedin, and organisations requiring rental solutions for their personnel.

We are 100% locally owned and operated and represent Dunedin’s new-build, premium, executive, and luxury rental properties.

We have strong relationships with local and national organisations that secure our rental properties for their personnel.

We offer our tenants and corporate clients a unique complimentary concierge service that supports their rental needs e.g. power and broadband set-up, taking receipt of furniture prior to arrival, providing connections to schools and helpful local advice on just about anything. We understand the hassles and stress involved in relocating and aim to make the transition as seamless and stress free as possible.

We are very particular about the properties we represent and the tenants we secure. It is our strategic intent to be the best, not the biggest, property management company in Dunedin.
