Nuwhï

Nuwhï is a strategic search partner for life sciences organizations that need to secure critical talent in a highly competitive market.

We support pharma, biotech, medtech and related industries across the Benelux and Europe in hiring for high-impact roles where the right hire directly influences growth, innovation and commercial success.

Our focus lies on complex and hard-to-fill positions within:

• Medical Affairs & Clinical

• Market Access & HEOR

• Regulatory & Quality

• Commercial & Leadership roles

We don’t operate as a volume-based recruitment agency.

Nuwhï works through retained and targeted search, giving our clients access to high-quality, non-active candidates through a deeply embedded network in the life sciences ecosystem.

With over 20 years of industry expertise, we combine market insight, a tailored approach and strategic advisory to help organizations build high-performing teams and make the right hiring decisions.

We partner with a select number of clients to ensure focus, quality and long-term impact.

At Nuwhï, recruitment is not about filling vacancies, it’s about securing the talent that drives business forward.

Nuwhï is committed to an inclusive and unbiased recruitment process.

We believe diversity strengthens teams, drives innovation, and is essential to the future of life sciences.
