Our story began in 2017, when Bahar Alan — METU Industrial Engineering graduate and 25-year corporate veteran — left her career behind for an olive grove in Ayvalık. The name "Novavera" means "new spring" and "new truth," reflecting both a personal transformation and a vision to elevate Turkish olive oil to the global summit.
