Nova (Latchmere) Limited

Nova is a property and development consultancy drawing on more than 25 years of hands on experience across the Surrey property market.

We work with landowners, developers, investors and property professionals to identify opportunities, unlock value and find practical routes through the development process.

Our work includes strategic land and land promotion, development consultancy, planning and site strategy, development appraisals, off market opportunities and acquisitions and disposals.

Having spent many years as a developer, we understand the commercial realities behind development as well as the importance of good advice, local knowledge and the right relationships.

We have a particular interest in Surrey and the surrounding areas, working with both established developers and SMEs, and are always interested in hearing about land, development opportunities and situations where a fresh perspective or the right introduction might help.
