Nort Point Hotel ilk tesisini 2004 yılında Samsun'da açtı. Sektördeki bir çok ilkleri hizmete sokarak faaliyete başladı. Samsun North Point Hotel, 2000 li yılların başında sektörün çok yabancı olduğu iş oteli konseptinin öncüsü oldu. İsminin yanına "Bussines Class" mottosunu koyarak kendi sloganını yaratırken aslında ileriki yıllarda Türkiye'de gelişecek olan trendin öncülüğünü de yapmış oldu.
