Norm Fasteners Germany

Norm Fasteners Germany was founded on December 4, 2012 as a subsidiary of the company Norm Holding based in Izmir, in the center of Spaichingen, under the company name Norm Schraubenhandel Export und Import GmbH. The company headquarters was moved to Krefeld on January 1, 2016.

On March 6, 2019, Norm Cıvata Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. sold all shares in Norm Schraubenhandel Export und Import GmbH to Senica International Holding B.V., based in Amsterdam. At the same time, the company's name was changed to Norm Fasteners GmbH. The registration date of the changes is April 10, 2019.

The shareholder and corporate structure of the company did not change during the rest of 2020.

The main activity of the company is the supply, storage and sale of fasteners for the main and sub-industries of the automotive industry. The company's operations are conducted in a warehouse with a closed area of 2,500 m² and a capacity of 3,810 pallets located at Hans-Günther-Sohl Str. 2, 47807 Krefeld, Germany.

The company does not carry out any activities related to production, R & D or marketing. The only activity is the distribution and sale of merchandise imported from abroad mainly from Turkey.
