Founded in 1967 by John Nichols, our philosophy is to approach every project as a unique opportunity to design a solution that enhances its environment and improves its neighborhood. We create projects informed by the circumstances of each context, and as a result provide spaces that are a delight to those who live, work or play within it.
Over the years our team has been involved in the planning and design of more than $5 billion dollars in new construction and renovation, encompassing over 50,000 hotel rooms, collaborating with the hospitality industry's most prestigious names.
