We are Nexus. A bold new venture born from the minds of two former Google visionaries, Ian McCaig and Nick Smyth. With 20+ years each working in market leading, disruptive tech start-ups across North America and Europe we are here to challenge the conventional business landscape and create a fresh paradigm leveraging the latest technologies and new ways of working.

We connect highly-skilled & ambitious professionals in commercial and technical roles, to companies that require their expertise, offering both flexible and cost effective solutions to help your organisation scale successfully and maximise business performance.

At Nexus; we embrace the fact that the world is changing rapidly and businesses, leaders and the workforce at large need to keep up. How we work; What work we do; Where we work is constantly evolving so we’ve reimagined the workplace for the modern age.

No more cookie-cutter 9-to-5 routines. Instead, we champion flexibility, allowing our teams to work with autonomy and flexibility - anytime, anywhere. Our innovative solutions take on the heavy lifting of key day-to-day business development, freeing you to focus on what truly matters - both professionally and personally.
