NEWH, Inc

NEWH is a global nonprofit community connecting people across hospitality and adjacent industries through education, scholarships, networking, and leadership.

We bring together students, emerging talent, established professionals, and industry partners through local chapters and global programming built around one goal: helping people grow, connect, and lead.

NEWH members work across development, management and operations, architecture, communications, design, distribution, education, manufacturing, production, purchasing, and sales within the hospitality, foodservice, and related industries.

Here's what NEWH provides:

Scholarships: real, attainable funding that opens doors for students and emerging professionals entering the industry.

Education: presentations, speakers, podcasts, and leadership development that build real, usable skills.

Networking: local chapters and shared events that connect members to peers, mentors, and opportunities across the industry.

Global reach: chapters in five countries, connecting members worldwide through shared programming and education.

Leadership: hands-on roles, public speaking experience, and the chance to manage real programs and budgets, not just attend events.

NEWH supports equity, inclusion, and diversity across scholarship, education, networking, and membership.

NEWH is inclusive, international, and community-driven. We're not a closed circle, a single-market organization, or a legacy institution resting on its name. We're a place to learn, connect, and lead within a professional, ethical, and forward-looking industry network, at every stage of your career.
