How we work
- 24/7 monitoring. Help desk staffed Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, with after-hours emergency support for clients.
- Month-to-month agreements from day one. No annual contract. Cancel with 30 days' written notice, for any reason, with no termination fee.
- Flat monthly fee. Engagements start at $2,000 per month.
- One office, in south Charlotte. When you call, you reach a person here.
