NAMI Southwest Florida

NAMI Southwest Florida is the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization. We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental health conditions through education, support, advocacy, and community outreach.

Serving communities across Southwest Florida, we provide trusted resources, evidence-based programs, and support networks that empower individuals and families on their mental health journey. We work alongside healthcare providers, schools, law enforcement, businesses, and community partners to increase mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and strengthen access to care.

Our mission is to build better lives for individuals and families affected by mental illness by fostering understanding, promoting recovery, and advocating for equitable access to mental health services. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, we strive to create a future where everyone affected by mental illness is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
