1978 Yılında aldığı ilk araç ile İstanbul İçerisinde Buz Taşımacılığı yaparak ticari hayatına başyalan Mehmet YENİHAL ilerleyen yıllarda Elazığ'da ailesinin işlettiği Akaryakıt Firmasının başına geçmesi ile birlikte Ticari Kariyerini yeni bir alanda devam ettirerek aile şirketini yönetmiştir.
1990-2003 yılları içerisinde gösterdiği gayret, displin ve sabrın neticesinde bu yıllarda BP Doğu Anadolu Bölge Distribitörlüğü yapmış 4'ü Elazığ 1'i Gaziantepte olmak üzere 5 istasyonun kuruculuğunu yapmanın yanısıra, Petrol Ofisi Shell, Volvo Trucks, Man gibi alanının öncü firmalarının da bayiliklerini alarak Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinde faaliyetlerini sürdürmüştür.
