Midas is a consultancy firm founded in Ankara in 2005. In 2013, it launched its second office in Istanbul.

Our team consists of experienced and competent experts with in-depth knowledge on National Law, European Law and International Law. We strive for the most effective and prompt solutions for our clients.

We mainly handle competition law-oriented matters while other expertise areas range from commercial law to consumer law, administrative law to data protection law, contracts law to advertising law. We implement custom-built compliance programs on competition law including trainings and on-spot inspection simulations, represent our clients in pre-investigation and investigation phases before the Turkish Competition Authority, and defend them at oral hearings held by the Turkish Competition Board, provide legal assistance and general consultancy on M&A notifications, negative clearances and exemptions applications, appeal against the Board's decisions in a large number of sectors such as consumer durables, energy, port managements, healthcare, automotive, finance, entertainment and many others.
