My VIP Cleaning Service

My VIP Cleaning Service is a Melbourne-based cleaning company specialising in NDIS, elderly, and aged care home cleaning services, delivered through our structured Cleaning Planner approach.

We primarily support NDIS participants, elderly clients, and aged care households who require consistent, safe, and well-managed home cleaning. For these clients, cleaning is not just about appearance — it directly impacts daily living, mobility, hygiene, and overall wellbeing.

Our Cleaning Planner service is designed to provide ongoing, planned home care rather than short-term or one-off cleaning. Each visit follows a clear structure: essential cleaning is completed regularly, while deeper and higher-risk areas are planned and rotated over time to maintain safety and comfort without causing disruption.

We understand the importance of reliability, clear communication, and respectful service when working with NDIS and elderly clients. Our team works with care, patience, and attention to individual needs, routines, and health considerations.

In addition to aged care and NDIS households, we also support families and professionals who value the same planning-based, long-term approach to home care.

The value we provide is consistency and peace of mind — a home that remains clean, safe, and well maintained over time, especially for those who need dependable support.
