Mustafa Tırtır graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1999. He completed his legal internship with Prof. Dr. Köksal Bayraktar, his professor on criminal law. After working with Dr. Bayraktar for 11 years, Av. Mustafa Tırtır founded his own firm in 2011.
Having a master's degree in law and a PhD studentship on public law, Av. Mustafa Tırtır continues his legal practice on criminal law, particularly on organizational and white collar crimes with his elite team in Mustafa Tırtır Law Firm.
