The original "Multivilla" Company was founded in April 2004. During its first seven years, the company concentrated on the design and building of exclusive villas for mainly European customers. In 2010, 2011 and 2012 "Multivilla" was recognized in Germany as the best company on the Turkish Riviera for the design and the building of exclusive villas. Recently this reputation has spread east to Russia and several former Soviet states.

In 2014, we celebrate the success of our first decade. Ten years of experience and achievements has given “Multivilla” a dynamic work ethic, a very professional team, a thoroughly reliable, high quality, architectural base and a broad portfolio of properties coupled with superior service and legal protection. (And incidentally, some of the hottest deals in town thanks to our international connections and local contacts made over many years)
