FRESH TOMATOES:

We produce fresh tomatoes at our 6,2 ha. technological greenhouse, which is based in Dikili, Izmir, Turkey.

- Global G.A.P. and Turkish G.A.P. certified

- Integrated Pest Management production techniques are used rather than traditional pesticidal chemicals

- Nesidiocoris Tenuis (predatory insect) are used to eradicate pests

- Water traps, light traps, sticky traps and pheromone traps are used to further control pest population.

MÜBAY fresh tomatoes are easily recognizable in our distinct yellow and black boxes. Can be purchased in supermarkets in Munich, Prague, Kiev, Istanbul, Izmit and Ankara.

FOOD PROCESSING:

FRUVE Natural Foods located in Bergama, Izmir, TURKEY started commercial operations in 09/2016.

We are certified in BRC, IFS, Halal and Kosher. Our plant is purpose designed and built for demands of export markets. Our production is unique:

- High-Care Low-Care production processes, physical separation between production areas, procedures for the flow of workers and materials

- From harvest to finished product, processing is completed in less than 12 hours

- Convection ovens are used for fruit and vegetable drying

- All production processes are done in-house, no step is outsourced

- IQF system (using CO2)

- No breaks in cold-chain, production facilities are always refrigerated

- Metal detection system for finished product screening
