Morgan & Mallet

The Morgan & Mallet Group is the parent of three specialist agencies. Morgan & Mallet is a luxury household staffing agency for high-net-worth families across the US and worldwide. Morgan & Mallet Hospitality is a recruitment agency for hotels, restaurants, and members' clubs. Morgan & Mallet Yacht Crew is a crew placement agency for private yachts and superyachts.

Founded in 2015 by Morgan Richez and Laurine Mallet, Morgan & Mallet has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, London, Paris, Geneva, Monaco, and Dubai. Our team works in English, French, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Portuguese.

Our network spans 200,000+ registered candidates. Every candidate we present completes a 90-minute structured interview before reaching the client.

What we place:

• Household: butlers, nannies, housekeepers, private chefs, estate managers, chauffeurs, domestic couples.

• Hospitality: general managers, hotel staff, restaurant teams, members' club personnel.

• Yacht Crew: captains, deckhands, stewardesses, engineers, chefs.

How we work: We take time to understand exactly what each client needs before presenting candidates, and we stay in touch with both client and placement long after the role is filled. Most of our placements come from families and businesses who hired us once and came back.

Whether you're hiring for a private home, a hotel, a restaurant, or a yacht, or you're a candidate looking to build a career in luxury service, we'd be glad to talk.
