Moovo

Moovo is a virtual video survey solution which works on cloud based platform for conducting virtual pre-move surveys via recorded video of customer’s place. Moving companies may use recorded video for all pre-move, onsite and post-move quality control calls. It allows surveyors, salesmen and adjusters to upload a video from iPhone, iPad, Mac and any Android phone or tablet in addition to Windows based devices.

Once the video is uploaded, one can generate report right away and capture the inventory using Moovo volume estimator. The videos never leave the company ensuring complete protection & privacy of data.

Customers can send recorded video to company using any of the file transfer solutions such as Whatsapp, Dropbox, Google Drive etc. This recorded video can be then used to generate the report from Moovo and same can be kept for future references. Survey details can be downloaded from solution after completing modifications such as addition or deletion of any items, volume estimate changes as per the liking of the salesman, surveyor etc. These details can then be used to generate quick quotes for customers without the hassle to traveling anywhere by sitting at the office desk or working from home in these challenging COVID times.
