Monument Private Office

Monument Private Office is an independent firm providing advisory and regulated financing on complex international French property transactions.

We are engaged where financing, structuring or cross-border considerations sit outside a standard property transaction and require disciplined oversight to reach completion.

Monument supports international UHNW individuals and families, whether they engage directly or are introduced by a real estate agent, family office, private bank or wealth advisor. We integrate into existing advisory frameworks without replacing or competing with the professionals involved.

Services include:

• 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Bespoke lending solutions for prime real estate and luxury assets across France and Europe

• 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - Ownership, tax and estate solutions delivered through a network of specialist advisors

Monument operates under dual French regulatory authorisation (Carte T real estate, ORIAS credit intermediation) and is led by a RICS-qualified principal with institutional experience advising international UHNW clients across JLL, Knight Frank and Barnes Family Office.

Activity focuses on prime residential property in Paris, the Côte d'Azur and the French Alps, with regulated financing capabilities across France and Europe.
