Monoteks Textile is a family-owned garment manufacturer operating in Turkey since 1986. We moved into our own production facility in 1990 and became a family company in 1994.

With headquarters, pattern room and showroom in Güngören, Istanbul and a factory in Malatya, we run a combined capacity of 200,000 pieces per month. All eight stages — fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, cutting, sewing, laser finishing, washing, pressing and packing — take place under our own roof. Critically for denim, washing and effect development are never outsourced, so the result approved on your sample is reproduced exactly in bulk from a recorded recipe.

HOW WE WORK

• MOQ: 300 pieces per style and colour

• Lead time: 4-6 weeks after sample approval; 10-15 days for sampling

• Full package (FOB) or CMT

• No tech pack required to start — a reference garment or images is enough

COMPLIANCE

Facilities audited under BSCI / Sedex-SMETA. GOTS (organic) and GRS (recycled) certified fabrics available. Laser finishing materially reduces water and chemical consumption in denim.

WHY TURKEY

Road freight reaches Europe in days rather than the weeks of sea freight from Asia, making in-season reorders realistic. The Turkey-EU Customs Union provides a duty advantage on textile exports into the EU, and our working hours overlap with European business hours.
