- Advising a major Chinese private energy investment in establishment of coal-fired power plant project and day-to-day business with a transaction amount of USD 1.7 billion including project financing, licensing process and expropriation regime;

- Advising a major Swiss company on the electricity trading activities and day-to-day business including bilateral energy trading agreements, licensing process and commercial contracts;

- Advising a German reflective products manufacturer on establishment of commercial and corporate activities in Turkey, day-to-day business, employment contracts, and commercial contracts;

- Advising a Swiss grain-based products company including establishment of commercial and corporate activities in Turkey, day-to-day business, and international trading contracts;

- Advising a Turkish mining company in negotiation and structuring of its international commercial transactions with foreign investors;

- Advising a UK based private investment in its project administrative operations such as issuance of necessary construction and operation permits in acquisition of a tourism facility;

- Advised a giant Turkish manufacturer of automotive spare parts in its project specific corporate operations such as spin off and sale of 90% of its shares with a transaction amount of USD 20 million;

- Advised a Turkish-Belgian joint venture in its informatics projects on artificial intelligence in Turkey including online advertising agreements, e-commerce, intellectual property rights and foreign employment related issues.
