At MiRA, every project starts with the same question: What does this place need to become?

We are developers, not builders. That means we define the investment thesis, manage the capital, execute the project, and stay accountable for what we create long after the last unit is delivered.

We spent over a decade building MiRA into a multi-city platform: five cities, 620 hectares developed, 2,500+ residential units delivered, over $1.1 billion in institutional capital managed. That period ended with a management buyout. The team that built MiRA bought it—which is the clearest way we know to say we believe in what comes next.

When the pandemic and a difficult macroeconomic cycle stressed the large-scale mixed-use model we had built our thesis around, we adapted. We restructured investments responsibly, honoring our commitments to capital partners before anything else. The Hub in Querétaro was born from that process—a leaner, sharper product that has since become one of our strongest

performing assets.

What comes next is already in motion. In Polanco, Armani Residences Masaryk—the first Armani-branded residences in Latin America—is under construction and changing the standard for luxury residential in Mexico City. In Escandón and Los Cabos, the next generation of projects is in planning.

We are raising capital and forming partnerships to grow this pipeline. We work with institutional investors, family offices, landowners, and regional developers who share our belief that the most interesting opportunities in Mexican real estate are the ones that require genuine conviction to pursue.
