Since 2007, Minos Makina Otomasyon has been an industrial manufacturer producing critical parts, sub-assemblies and complete systems for machine builders. Since 2009 we have supplied contract manufacturing solutions to internationally based global companies.
In our 2,000 m² facility at Kemalpaşa OSB (İzmir, Türkiye), six production disciplines under one roof:
• CNC Machining — 8 CNC machines, precision parts with tight tolerances
• Machine Electronics — 750 control panels per year (CE)
• Cable Harnesses — 1,500 cable sets per year
• Polycarbonate Machine Guards — shatterproof, high-impact protection
• Rubber Roller Manufacturing — custom rubber coating on steel shafts
• Electromechanical Systems — 350 barcode printers per year
We manage every stage in-house — from design to manufacturing, assembly to commissioning — so our customers deal with a single point of contact. With a team of 40 specialists, we offer flexible capacity from prototype to series production.
Quality is a measurable commitment: ISO 9001, CE-certified control panels, 100% outgoing inspection and CMM dimensional measurement.
R&D: since 2014 we have been developing our own high-speed weighing and packaging machine, previously not manufactured in Türkiye. TÜBİTAK 1507 (2014-2017) and TÜBİTAK 1501 (2018-2020, jointly with BAK Ambalaj) were completed successfully, with additional support from KOSGEB KOBİGEL.
