Ministrstvo za gospodarstvo, delo in šport / Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Sport

At the Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Sport, we create the conditions for the development of a competitive economy, high-quality jobs, and greater international success for Slovenia. We promote entrepreneurship, innovation, internationalisation, and sustainable development, while helping to shape a modern, safe, and inclusive labour market.

Our work covers the areas of the economy, entrepreneurship, tourism, the internal market, the wood industry, sport, labour, and employment. We connect economic development with the creation of opportunities for people and support balanced and inclusive social development.

The Ministry also includes constituent bodies and implementing institutions that support development measures and promote the Slovenian economy and tourism.
